KleenScreen Revolver
Self Cleaning Intake Screen for Small Water Supply Systems.

Five models, maximum flowrates from 2.5 - 15 litres per second.

The KleenScreen™Revolver has a unique backwashing system with all revolving components inside a stationery screen. The drive system (Patent pending*) has the backwashing nozzle passing across a sail, which creates a pressure differential, rotating the sail and nozzle.
(*New Zealand Patent application number 530002)

Benefits

Energy Saving

With the screen continuously cleaned by a small portion (2.5% - 5%) of pumped water backwashing and rotating the screen; the pumping efficiency of system is maintained at optimum performance, thereby reducing power consumption.

Repairs and Maintenance

The small screen holes (30 mesh 0.56mm), filter water entering system. This can significantly reduce the wear on pump components.

Labour Saving

By reducing major causes of water supply problems, ie screen blockage, loss of prime, and wear on pump the labour required to maintain the system is reduced significantly.

Durable

Stainless steel and polyethylene components ensure rugged construction and long operational life.

Convenient

All moving parts inside screen creates a robust unit, which can be positioned anywhere in water supply, without additional intake structures to position screen.

Environmentally friendly

Satisfies Environmental Council requirements for screen hole size, and intake velocity.
